About the role

  • Field Key Account Manager leading growth initiatives for Football Clubs and Specialized Running accounts. Responsible for commercial performance and relationship management within high-exposure sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sustainable growth across Football Clubs, Specialized Running and Regional Directional & Lifestyle accounts
  • Lead 6-month pre-order cycles and mid-term commercial planning
  • Manage sell-in, sell-out, stock levels and margin performance
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities through data-driven insights
  • Structure and execute action plans to optimize performance across channels
  • Manage the full sales cycle and planning cadence for Directional & Lifestyle regional accounts
  • Ensure best-in-class execution at official club stores and specialized accounts
  • Conduct frequent field visits to drive retail standards and brand excellence
  • Monitor performance KPIs and implement corrective action plans
  • Guarantee alignment between commercial strategy and in-store execution
  • Act as the primary commercial interface with senior leadership of football clubs and key accounts
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with specialized partners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, OBM, Supply and other internal stakeholders
  • Align internal strategy with external execution, ensuring consistency and brand integrity

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in account management and/or commercial management
  • Solid analytical mindset with strong KPI ownership (sell-in, sell-out, stock, margin)
  • Experience in mid-term commercial planning (collection and pre-order cycles)
  • Retail and point-of-sale execution experience
  • Ability to influence and navigate complex, high-exposure environments
  • Deep understanding of the football ecosystem (essential)
  • Knowledge of the running ecosystem (a plus)
  • Availability for frequent travel
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred)
