Engineering Administrator ensuring administration tasks are completed for the engineering function at Activate Group, focused on supporting engineering team and customer needs.
Responsibilities
Identify priorities in resourcing of jobs ensuring these are allocated between the engineering team, efficiently and correctly.
Be proactive in ensuring awareness of current departmental ongoing jobs.
Use our internal system to ensure all active work jobs are on the correct step.
Negotiate and settle total loss claims.
Liaise with repairers and customers with ongoing jobs and queries.
Support in the management of shared email inbox’s.
Work with other areas of the business to ensure the needs of the customer are met or exceeded.
Produce accurate and timely reports for the engineering function.
Take responsibility of your own workload using our internal systems to ensure a variety of administration tasks are completed accurately and within a timely manner.
Support the wider team to achieving departmental targets

An in depth understanding of Motor Claims Handling is essential
