About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for client relationships and insurance needs. Ensuring service excellence in a growing fintech company, Acrisure.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with our clients
  • Ensure their insurance needs are met
  • Provide outstanding service
  • Establish & maintain a strong relationship and make periodic decisions on account updates and coverages
  • Review exposures and current insurance program for assigned clients
  • Determine if current carrier is the best fit for the client
  • Work with producers on plans of action and coverages for new accounts
  • Provide day-to-day service and respond to client questions
  • Keep customers up to date on changes in the insurance world
  • Monitor carrier activities
  • Complete account reviews

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
  • Maintain P&C License, required
  • Proficient in the use of Windows programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
