Responsibilities
Responsibility for sales and results within your territory, focusing on complex therapies in the hospital setting
Management, expansion and strategic development of key accounts (university hospitals, transplant centers, medical key opinion leaders)
Analysis of the market environment and development of strategies to unlock potential
Independent management of the entire sales process – from target planning to implementation
Organization and execution of scientific events and presence at national and international congresses
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Sales Management)
Consistent use of CRM tools and feedback systems for market monitoring and control
Requirements
Degree in a natural science, medicine or pharmacy, or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
Several years of experience in (university) hospital sales or key account management in the Rx sector
Ideally, knowledge in transplantation, immunology, oncology or intensive care medicine
Strong communication skills and the ability to strategically develop and maintain networks with hospital decision-makers
Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
High willingness to travel and residence within the sales territory
Very good German and good English skills
