Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales management experience
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams
Strong business and financial acumen
Strategic thinker with actionable sales plans
Collaborative leadership style with exceptional communication skills
Highly organized self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Up to 50% travel, including overnights
