Sales Representative managing accounts for small to medium construction clients in Campinas. Driving sales and supporting customer needs for sustainable products in the construction sector.
Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of assigned small and medium-sized clients and accounts, promoting, negotiating, and selling the product: Concrete, following established strategies and meeting the targets set in the annual business plan, while providing input for production and sales forecasts and for business sustainability studies.
Prepare proposals based on identified needs, conduct follow-up, and agree on deal closures with clients within parameters set by management.
Prospect potential clients locally and globally, identifying business opportunities, maintaining contact with decision-makers, and presenting products with the goal of expanding the customer portfolio.
Advise clients, providing support through to product delivery by identifying their needs, handling complaints, proposing corrective measures and solutions, and expediting necessary actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote business growth by assessing client needs, identifying new applications, developing new products, and creating new solutions.
Propose and participate in the development of projects for new and existing accounts, managing all stages from prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and sending samples to closing deals.
Monitor the profitability of accounts under your management, ensuring compliance with agreed contribution margins and volumes.
Requirements
Required education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience in outside/external sales operations.
Sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of account management and new client prospecting.
Valid Category B driver’s license and driving proficiency.
Availability to travel.
