About the role

  • Gestionnaire Paie/RH managing payroll and administration within the hospitality sector. Preparing payslips and managing employee relations for a high-end cleaning company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify and enter variable payroll elements (via Pégase Propreté)
  • Produce payslips in SILAE
  • Manage personnel administration: DPAE (pre-employment declaration), contracts, amendments, absences, medical visits, health insurance (mutuelle), etc.
  • Monitor residence permits and probation periods
  • Respond to employee inquiries clearly and helpfully
  • Participate in recruitment (interviews, onboarding) and represent the company at job fairs
  • Maintain HR reporting (headcount, absences, leave, etc.)
  • Ensure filing, archiving and compliance of employee records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy of HR data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and to legal and regulatory monitoring

Requirements

  • Degree or training in Human Resources, Payroll or a related field
  • First experience (or successful work-study placement) in payroll management and personnel administration
  • Comfortable with HR and payroll software (SILAE, Pégase or equivalents)
  • Attention to detail, rigor and professional discretion
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French
  • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills: we work seriously but always in a friendly atmosphere!
