Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years Banking / Financial Services experience
  • 3 years in branch management with a good track record of performance
  • Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledgeable about lending procedures and financial products
  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Up to date knowledge of competitor and market activity in local area.
