Responsibilities
Providing hands-on, long-term business consulting to external clients (founders, owners, and leaders) to build effective organizations by establishing People & Culture frameworks through an HR subscription model.
Solving critical business challenges for clients across small & medium businesses, startups, investors, and growing companies across all sectors.
Setting up all people-related processes in order to improve business efficiency and employee experience.
Designing and implementing hiring processes by helping to profile new roles, establishing effective selection strategies, and supporting recruitment panels.
Analyzing industry trends, drawing strategic insights, and incorporating these findings when developing processes and advising clients.
Developing and implementing our original method Culturivy® on the client's side.
Being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute.
Representing HR Hints at conferences and other events.
Requirements
Experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development.
Experience in consulting and running your own business is a strong advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments.
Fluency in Polish is a must.
Knowledge of English, min. B2+.
