Responsibilities
Holistic strategic e-commerce consulting for our clients with a focus on Growth Marketing
Designing growth strategies through potential analyses and developing and implementing long-term scaling plans
Identifying and defining a channel mix and continuously managing the various channels
Developing and validating hypothesis-driven experiments
Optimizing the funnel from awareness to retention through creative and landing page tests, checkout CRO, and CRM flows in Klaviyo
Building reporting systems, continuous campaign performance tracking, and presenting results to our clients
Running workshops to identify new ideas and initiatives to drive growth
Close coordination and collaboration with our design team
Requirements
A completed degree and 3+ years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics — ideally in e-commerce
You are an all-round talent who can adapt flexibly to new tasks in a fast-growing consultancy and enjoy taking responsibility
You are passionate about continuously testing new approaches and initiating change to achieve the best results for our clients
