About the role
- Holistic strategic e-commerce consulting for our clients with a focus on Growth Marketing
- Designing growth strategies through potential analyses and developing and implementing long-term scaling plans
- Identifying and defining a channel mix and continuously managing the various channels
- Developing and validating hypothesis-driven experiments
- Optimizing the funnel from awareness to retention through creative and landing page tests, checkout CRO, and CRM flows in Klaviyo
- Building reporting systems, continuous campaign performance tracking, and presenting results to our clients
- Running workshops to identify new ideas and initiatives to drive growth
- Close coordination and collaboration with our design team
Requirements
- A completed degree and 3+ years of professional experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Analytics — ideally in e-commerce
- You are an all-round talent who can adapt flexibly to new tasks in a fast-growing consultancy and enjoy taking responsibility
- You are passionate about continuously testing new approaches and initiating change to achieve the best results for our clients
- Strong analytical thinking skills combined with the ability to interpret complex data
- You describe your working style as experimental and results-oriented and bring a high willingness to learn and interest in new marketing technologies
- A true team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Excellent German and good English skills
