About the role

  • People and Culture Engagement Partner responsible for cultivating a positive associate experience across the employment lifecycle. Leading engagement initiatives and supporting an inclusive workplace culture at AAA, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivating a positive associate experience across the full employment lifecycle
  • Drive engagement and an inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage surveys, feedback channels, and communications
  • Coordinate training programs and create content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Proven success in leading engagement initiatives
  • Strong project management skills
