Responsibilities
Recepcionar el requerimiento del cliente.
Analizar la problemática del cliente.
Ofrecer solución a la solicitud o requerimiento.
Registrar la gestión realizada en los sistemas correspondientes
Realizar el ofrecimiento de nuestros servicios adicionales y cerrar la venta.
Requirements
Disponibilidad para laborar Full Time en turno AM. 7am a 5pm
Con experiencia mínima de 3 meses en el rubro de Atención al cliente por Call cente y Cross.
