Responsibilities

  • Management of onboarding and offboarding documents
  • Support with timekeeping, attendance and vacation tracking
  • Assistance with benefits enrollment and maintenance
  • Responding to employee inquiries and clarifying basic questions
  • Administrative support for mandatory documentation
  • Support in organizing training sessions and onboarding
  • Monitoring internal campaigns
  • Filing and organizing documents
  • Completing spreadsheets and maintaining internal controls
  • Employee support

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields
  • Basic Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
