Responsibilities
Collaborates with management to understand and support recruiting needs
Sources talent, manages the interview process, and maintains accurate candidate records
Administers the onboarding process and provides support to new hires
Partners with the Operations/Benefits team in the development of a wellness plan
Responds to employee inquiries and concerns, providing information on policies
Collaborates with Payroll, Rewards & Recognition Coordinator on maintenance of employee files
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred; an AA degree combined with relevant HR experience will also be considered
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe and Canva (or similar graphic design tools)
Process and systems thinking and ability to learn the HCM platform (Paylocity); prior experience with any HCM platform is necessary
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability, and a continuous-improvement mindset
Ability to work well independently and as a strong team player
Strong project management skills
