- Responds to employee inquiries and concerns, providing information on policies

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred; an AA degree combined with relevant HR experience will also be considered
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe and Canva (or similar graphic design tools)
- Process and systems thinking and ability to learn the HCM platform (Paylocity); prior experience with any HCM platform is necessary
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability, and a continuous-improvement mindset
- Ability to work well independently and as a strong team player
- Strong project management skills
