Responsibilities
Captar, desarrollar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio B2B en el sector industrial y manufacturero.
Gestionar la cartera de clientes actual en la división de empaques en la zona Centro de Colombia.
Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de ventas focalizado en las prioridades de la división mediante una venta consultiva.
Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas B2B, desde la detección de la oportunidad hasta el cierre y seguimiento inicial del negocio.
Coordinar con las distintas aéreas de la compañía para agregar valor a los clientes.
Impulsar el desarrollo del mercado industrial con los portafolios de productos y soluciones a cargo.
Participar en las mejoras de productividad de los clientes, participando de sus procesos de automatización e innovación.
Requirements
Titulo profesional Universitario en Ingenierías, Administración o carreras afines.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comercial B2B en procesos productivos, maquinarias o procesos industriales.
Manejo de procesos de venta complejos y de ciclo largo y en la negociación de contratos y venta de valor.
Alta resiliencia comercial.
Manejo efectivo de herramientas CRM, idealmente Salesforce.
Deseable experiencia en empaques o procesos de empaque.
Experiencia en finales de línea en procesos productivos.
