About the role

  • Intern supporting Human Resources recruiting processes and operations at OneTwoSocial. Engaging in projects and responding to employee queries in a modern workplace.

Responsibilities

  • You will actively contribute to our recruiting processes and learn how to communicate with applicants.
  • You will support us in the operational day-to-day business across all HR topics – from posting job advertisements to preparing contracts and employment references.
  • You will be a point of contact for our employees on office and personnel matters.
  • You will take on your own projects in the People & Culture area, e.g. planning and executing team events.
  • You will support the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes.

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student – ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree program.
  • You are available for 3 to 6 months to gain practical experience.
  • Initial experience in the HR field is an advantage.
  • You have an affinity for social media and an interest in modern employer branding.
  • You work independently, are structured, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
  • You hold a Class B driver’s license.
