Responsibilities
You will actively contribute to our recruiting processes and learn how to communicate with applicants.
You will support us in the operational day-to-day business across all HR topics – from posting job advertisements to preparing contracts and employment references.
You will be a point of contact for our employees on office and personnel matters.
You will take on your own projects in the People & Culture area, e.g. planning and executing team events.
You will support the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes.
Requirements
You are a currently enrolled student – ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree program.
You are available for 3 to 6 months to gain practical experience.
Initial experience in the HR field is an advantage.
You have an affinity for social media and an interest in modern employer branding.
You work independently, are structured, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
You hold a Class B driver’s license.
