About the role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and configuration of the Zoho CRM platform
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the system
  • Provide training and technical support to internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities and updates
  • Tailor the CRM system, create user-defined fields, forms, and templates to meet organizational needs
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights for business decisions
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to understand their needs and optimize the Zoho CRM for their use
  • Set up and manage user roles and permissions to safeguard customer data
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred)
  • Proficient with Zoho CRM (3+ years)
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required
