Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and configuration of the Zoho CRM platform
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the system
Provide training and technical support to internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities and updates
Tailor the CRM system, create user-defined fields, forms, and templates to meet organizational needs
Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights for business decisions
Work with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to understand their needs and optimize the Zoho CRM for their use
Set up and manage user roles and permissions to safeguard customer data
Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience
Requirements
3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred)
Proficient with Zoho CRM (3+ years)
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required
