Responsibilities
You monitor feeds and messages on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook, respond empathetically and keep community sentiment positive.
You support the team with day-to-day tasks, coordinate posts, and ensure content and timing are aligned.
You proactively respond to posts, comments and DMs, turning every reply into a moment that brings the audience closer to the brand.
You develop ideas for community management with the team, implement them in posts and replies, and learn what really works on each channel.
You review comments, tone of voice and content performance, derive learnings and recommend next steps.
You bring fresh perspectives that enrich our culture and actively support our social media goals.
Requirements
You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and want to gain practical experience in Social Media & Community Management.
You plan your tasks reliably, stay focused and keep commitments.
Instagram & TikTok are your home; you know the trends, the right tone of voice and understand how communities tick.
You write clearly, friendly and quickly — from short replies to engaging comments.
You are available for short community check-ins on weekends, so the connection to our audience remains uninterrupted.
You enjoy working collaboratively, give open feedback and contribute ideas proactively.
Excellent German and good English.
