Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain a daily relationship of trust
Deploy the social media strategies defined with the strategy team and contribute to their optimization
Build and oversee editorial calendars
Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (posts, short-form videos such as reels, photos)
Handle community management
Implement social ads and prospecting campaigns
Ensure publication, monitoring and performance analysis
Produce clear reports focused on recommendations
Work closely with internal teams to move projects forward
Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social media (agency experience is highly valued)
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling
Comfortable using social media management and scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with an organized approach
Good command of content creation tools: Adobe suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma
Soft skills: organized, reliable and autonomous
Comfortable in client relationships and professional exchanges
Proactive and solution-oriented
