Responsibilities
Strengthen the Market & Customer Development cluster (MAKU) and the marketing team
Co-develop the social media strategy with a focus on operational execution
Content creation for LinkedIn and Instagram, including editorial planning
Trend and topic monitoring and derivation of concrete content ideas
Planning and execution of paid social campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn & Instagram)
Analysis and reporting of content and campaign performance
Pre-qualification of leads from social activities and handover to sales or HR
Further development of social selling via LinkedIn
Requirements
Completed vocational training in media or marketing
Relevant practical experience in the marketing department of a B2B company, ideally in content marketing
Solid understanding of social media
Audience-focused communication
Confident handling of text, photo, video and graphics, and common tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe applications
Experience with paid social, e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Ads Manager
Structured working style and ability to critically analyze data
Initial experience with agile ways of working in a company
