Responsibilities
You take on exciting projects in social media advertising and management and contribute your expertise to the development and implementation of social media strategies
You design and optimize paid social media campaigns on the most common platforms (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and handle full implementation
You create tailored social media strategies for our clients and actively contribute to the success of their brands
You define client-specific target audiences
You take responsibility for A/B testing and the continuous performance optimization of ads
You are a central point of contact within the team for social media-related questions and work with us on creative concepts and pitches
You manage a variety of exciting clients from different industries and develop innovative social media approaches
You analyze performance and share your insights and recommendations with the team and our clients in the form of value-added reports
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising
You have strong strategic thinking and work in a results-oriented manner, always with a clear focus on our clients’ goals
You know the main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) and their ad managers inside out and execute complex campaigns; you also have experience creating ad campaigns on additional platforms such as Snapchat, Spotify, Reddit, XING and Nebenan.de
You have successfully developed and implemented social media strategies and paid ad campaigns, either in-house and/or on the agency side
You are a creative thinker and at the same time a data-driven executor who constantly monitors performance and drives optimizations
You are confident working with numbers and statistics and also have strong writing skills
You know how to communicate complex topics clearly and advise the team and clients on an equal footing
You stay up to date, monitor current trends and bring fresh ideas for social media advertising
You are responsible, structured and have a high standard of quality
You have German language skills at a minimum C1 level
Experience in developing concepts for tenders is a plus
