  • You create visual content for our channels — from web assets and static posts and Reels to short motion/animated formats
  • You design B2B and employer-branding content for LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • You critically evaluate our channel landscape and, with your fresh ideas, address areas for improvement openly
  • You support the ongoing development of our social media strategy with a focus on design, target audiences and digital trends

  • You have initial practical experience with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, Figma, etc.)
  • First experience in copywriting or storytelling is a nice-to-have but not required
  • You enjoy working in a team within an interdisciplinary environment

Benefits

  • Plenty of freedom for ideas and personal development that benefit both you and the company
  • A creative, appreciative work environment in a self-organized agency in the heart of Hamburg — no hierarchies, the best idea wins
  • Option for a hybrid working arrangement depending on onboarding and agreement
  • Genuine insights into brand communication, content strategy and agency processes
  • Space for your ideas, tools and professional development
  • Regular feedback, personal guidance in your role and clear supervision. If the collaboration goes well, we can discuss a permanent position in the design area
