Responsibilities
Help plan and execute Icertis’ organic social media strategy by building an editorial calendar
Develop content, and collaborating with teams across marketing and the business
Gain real-world experience in corporate storytelling and building data-driven social media programs
Draft social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram
Translate company news and thought leadership into engaging social content
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging
Partner with the creative team and external agencies to produce videos, graphics, and other visual assets
Track social media performance and KPIs
Help measure content effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
Current undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field or within one year of graduation
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating social media content for a brand or organization
Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media best practices
Experience working with creative tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
