About the role

  • Social Media Ads & Analytics Specialist responsible for planning and managing advertising campaigns on digital platforms. Focusing on analytics and performance optimization for impactful marketing results in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Monitor the performance of all paid social campaigns using relevant KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and derive actionable recommendations
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders — for both organic and paid content
  • Manage budgets and create forecasts for paid social campaigns
  • Continuously optimize ads and audience targeting through A/B testing
  • Develop creative assets for successful campaigns in collaboration with content creators and the design/graphics team
  • Conduct trend and competitor analyses in social media advertising

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics and experience with tracking tools (e.g., Sprout Social, pixel implementation, UTM parameters)
  • Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
  • Experience in budget planning and ROI optimization
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with a structured working style and creativity
