Social Media Ads & Analytics Specialist responsible for planning and managing advertising campaigns on digital platforms. Focusing on analytics and performance optimization for impactful marketing results in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
Monitor the performance of all paid social campaigns using relevant KPIs (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and derive actionable recommendations
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders — for both organic and paid content
Manage budgets and create forecasts for paid social campaigns
Continuously optimize ads and audience targeting through A/B testing
Develop creative assets for successful campaigns in collaboration with content creators and the design/graphics team
Conduct trend and competitor analyses in social media advertising
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification
Experience with social media advertising platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Solid knowledge of social media analytics and experience with tracking tools (e.g., Sprout Social, pixel implementation, UTM parameters)
Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
Experience in budget planning and ROI optimization
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Team player with a structured working style and creativity
