Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and acquire customers
Create and maintain audience-relevant content (photos, videos) for various marketing channels, including the website, social media, and internal communications
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks
Actively engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and moderate discussions
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing and social media activities using appropriate tools and prepare regular reports to measure success
Plan and execute online and offline events to retain and attract customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing and social media, ideally in a comparable position
Solid knowledge in developing marketing strategies, content creation, social media management, and analysis
Experience using tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite for paid campaigns
High creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a confident presence
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Very good German and good Turkish, both written and spoken.
