- Maintain and optimize CRM processes and support the implementation of sales campaigns
- Assist with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and improving the onboarding process
- Plan and organize team events, including workshops and retreats
- Conduct market research, sales experiments, and data analysis to optimize processes
- Support general operational tasks within an ambitious company to actively shape dynamic processes and drive growth
