About the role

  • Maintain and optimize CRM processes and support the implementation of sales campaigns
  • Assist with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and improving the onboarding process
  • Plan and organize team events, including workshops and retreats
  • Conduct market research, sales experiments, and data analysis to optimize processes
  • Support general operational tasks within an ambitious company to actively shape dynamic processes and drive growth
