About the role

  • HR Assistant at Piano handling administrative tasks and supporting employee management processes. Engaging in event organization and internal communication within an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Personnel management and administration: assist in preparing HR administrative documents related to the employee lifecycle (employment contracts and amendments, employer certificates, health insurance enrollments, etc.)
  • Coordination of occupational health visits
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel files, entry of sick leave records, tracking of leave and absences via our HRIS Lucca
  • Management of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responding to employee inquiries
  • Support in maintaining HR dashboards
  • Payroll assistance: participate in preparing variable pay elements and in checking pay slips
  • Support with management and ordering of meal vouchers
  • Payroll backup during the HR Manager’s leave
  • Organization of HR events and internal communication: internal communications such as informational emails to employees and regular publications on our intranet OnePiano
  • HR engagement activities: organizing awareness sessions for employees throughout the year on topics related to quality of life and working conditions (QVCT): workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Organization of company activities around the annual QVCT week held each June
  • Participation in preparing the Works Council (Comité Social et Economique - CSE) elections scheduled for October 2027

Requirements

  • Student beginning a Master’s program in Human Resources or enrolled in a business school with an HR specialization in Fall 2026 (equivalent to Bac +5)
  • Previous HR experience
  • Good knowledge of HR fundamentals (personnel administration, basic labor law)
  • Interest in both the administrative/HRIS aspects and in communication and organization of HR events
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Professional working proficiency in English would be appreciated
  • Rigour, organization and ability to manage priorities
  • Willingness to learn, conscientiousness and motivation
  • Good interpersonal skills and active listening
  • Ability to handle confidential information
