About the role

• Werkstudent im Talent Acquisition Team bei Quest One, das 1% der weltweiten Treibhausgase einsparen möchte. Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess und HR-Projekten.

Responsibilities

• You support our People team across the entire recruiting process and gain valuable insights into HR work
• You create and publish job postings, screen applications, make an initial selection and coordinate interviews
• You independently conduct interviews with students and accompany the selection process
• You communicate with candidates and actively contribute to a positive candidate experience
• You maintain our applicant tracking system and assist with administrative tasks
• You contribute to HR projects, for example to further develop our employer branding

Requirements

• You are studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable degree program
• You are interested in recruiting, HR topics and talent management
• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
• You present yourself confidently and have a good sense for different target groups
• You are proficient with MS Office; initial experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage
