About the role

  • Support the Compensation & Benefits team with tasks related to compensation, benefits and HR systems.
  • Participate in projects involving Workday HCM and Workday Compensation.
  • Maintain salary data and prepare reports.
  • Assist with system testing and salary comparisons.
  • Ensure the quality of Workday data through regular data checks.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or a comparable course of study.
  • Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR systems is a plus.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset and strong numerical affinity.
  • Interest in Workday.
