Responsibilities
Support the Compensation & Benefits team with tasks related to compensation, benefits and HR systems.
Participate in projects involving Workday HCM and Workday Compensation.
Maintain salary data and prepare reports.
Assist with system testing and salary comparisons.
Ensure the quality of Workday data through regular data checks.
Requirements
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management or a comparable course of study.
Basic understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR systems is a plus.
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset and strong numerical affinity.
Interest in Workday.
