About the role

  • Documentation & Process Support Specialist maintaining Confluence spaces and knowledge articles. Supporting the education team and providing operational support within the USIS team at Bettermile.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and improving the structure of our Confluence spaces within the USIS pillars.
  • Creating, updating, and organizing documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Supporting the education team with learning materials and internal stakeholder communication.
  • Providing operational support to the Support team (approx. 30%).
  • Ensuring knowledge is easy to find, up to date, and clearly presented.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
  • Able to summarize complex content from different sources and make it easy to understand.
  • Confident in communicating across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (C1+) with a structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
  • Experienced with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or comparable systems (Notion, SharePoint, wikis), and comfortable using MS Office and Google Workspace.
