Responsibilities
Support in advising real estate agents on the introduction and use of a broker CRM system and connected software solutions
Assist in analyzing processes and preparing initial optimization proposals
Configure and customize workflows, automations and integrations
Prepare and support training sessions and workshops (online and in-office)
Work in 1st-level support: receive customer inquiries and escalate more complex cases to experienced colleagues
Create and maintain documentation and user guides
Actively learn and further develop your knowledge of software, digitalization and the real estate industry
Requirements
Enrolled student in a relevant field, e.g. Business, Real Estate Management, Computer Science or similar β career changers with a willingness to learn are welcome
Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in providing practical support to people
Analytical thinking with a good sense for root causes and opportunities for improvement
Patience and empathy when dealing with users β including those without an IT background
Interest in digital tools and an affinity for software solutions
Independent, structured working style and team spirit
Very good German skills (at least B2/C1 level); English skills are a plus
