About the role

  • Support in advising real estate agents on the introduction and use of a broker CRM system and connected software solutions
  • Assist in analyzing processes and preparing initial optimization proposals
  • Configure and customize workflows, automations and integrations
  • Prepare and support training sessions and workshops (online and in-office)
  • Work in 1st-level support: receive customer inquiries and escalate more complex cases to experienced colleagues
  • Create and maintain documentation and user guides
  • Actively learn and further develop your knowledge of software, digitalization and the real estate industry

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant field, e.g. Business, Real Estate Management, Computer Science or similar — career changers with a willingness to learn are welcome
  • Problem-solving skills and enjoyment in providing practical support to people
  • Analytical thinking with a good sense for root causes and opportunities for improvement
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with users — including those without an IT background
  • Interest in digital tools and an affinity for software solutions
  • Independent, structured working style and team spirit
  • Very good German skills (at least B2/C1 level); English skills are a plus
