About the role

  • Part of the Premium & Private Advisory Team managing and growing assets for premium clients
  • Engage proactively with new and existing clients via email, phone, and video calls to nurture portfolios
  • Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm and deliver an exceptional customer experience as first point of contact
  • Proactively engage the client base to achieve agreed targets while maintaining high quality
  • Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact
  • Use Cashcalc to prepare cashflows and perform cashflow modelling for clients
  • Conduct portfolio reviews, analyse performance, asset breakdown and diversification given selected risk level
  • Collaborate with other departments on projects to improve client experience and contribute to content and business projects as seniority increases

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Level 4 qualification IAD with CISI, CII or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a financial services company (adviser or paraplanning role)
  • Strong interest in commercial activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers; strong customer orientation
