About the role

  • Assist in the management of all corporate information governance and management (in conjunction with Records Managers)
  • Assist in the identification of information governance best practices and management of solutions and related projects
  • Partner in project management with IT related to information governance systems and processes and related projects, mainly M365 Governance
  • Provide project management expertise and analysis for identified business units as needed (e.g. inventorying, identification and disposition records)
  • Serve as information governance SME, assisting teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Develop, implement and updated processes that protect, limit the use and storage of sensitive personal health information and personally identifiable information
  • Partner with IT and other legal teams on the company’s AI efforts to develop and ascertain tools with a focus on information governance and records management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in Information Governance
  • Healthcare experience preferred
