About the role

  • Manager on Duty overseeing organization and service at three bars in a modern German casino. Responsible for guest service, staff coordination, and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating our three bars
  • Ensuring smooth service operations
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
  • General guest service
  • Scheduling and supervising staff
  • Oversight and authority to issue professional instructions to service staff
  • Allocation of employee break times
  • Processing and checking financial settlements
  • Confidential and collaborative cooperation with F&B management

Requirements

  • Experience in the gastronomy/food & beverage sector
  • Positive demeanor and strong service orientation
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and polite manner
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Reliable and efficient work style, even during busy periods
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
