Responsibilities
Independently analyze, evaluate and comment on contracts for high-voltage overhead line projects.
End-to-end contract management throughout the entire project lifecycle in cooperation with project management and the relevant specialist departments.
Develop project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and company/project management.
Manage and implement measures to pursue or defend change claims, and handle changes in scope of work and construction process disruptions.
Support schedule, cost and performance control.
Assess opportunities and risks based on contract analysis and project progress.
Support the development of processes and the further development of existing processes and strategies in claim management.
Act as the operational interface between specialist departments, project teams, stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management.
Ensure compliance with and application of the relevant standards and regulations for occupational health and safety, accident prevention, environmental protection and data protection.
Requirements
Successfully completed technical, legal or business degree, or an equivalent qualification.
Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years or more) in contract and claim management on large construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy.
Strong expertise in the underlying regulatory frameworks (VOB, HOAI, etc.).
Advanced contractual, commercial and technical knowledge.
Structured, reliable and analytical working style.
Proactive, communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach.
Business fluent German language skills.
Driving license class B.
Willingness to travel (as required for projects).
