Responsibilities
Manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (social, search, DSPs, ad networks) with a focus on scale and ROI.
Own creative testing from concept through launch, collaborating with Creative teams to deliver high-performing ads at scale.
Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations to improve KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV).
Maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, unlocking new formats, beta opportunities, and optimization support.
Report and communicate performance results clearly to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Evaluate and onboard new UA channels, technologies, and tools to expand reach and efficiency.
Partner with Analytics to refine predictive models for UA performance and cohort value.
Develop scalable processes for campaign management, creative iteration, and reporting as the UA function grows.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across key mobile channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, mobile ad networks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required, SQL is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to run and evaluate A/B testing, with experience scaling creative testing pipelines.
Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
