Monitor carrier performance, identify issues and propose solutions;
Implement solutions to optimize product delivery, improve service levels and reduce costs;
Monitor and analyze transportation KPIs (delivery lead time, failed delivery rate, etc.);
Support team assistants;
Resolve customer issues and questions related to product delivery;
Track and manage complaints and returns/feedback;
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in transportation processes;
Participate in developing strategies to optimize the e-commerce transportation process;
Analyze data and performance indicators for e-commerce logistics;
Prepare reports and dashboards to present logistics performance;
Identify trends and develop predictive metrics;
Maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners;
Coordinate and integrate with other company areas (commercial/sales, Customer Service (SAC), Distribution Center (DC), etc.);
Participate in setting area goals and objectives;
Monitor contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields;
Proven experience in e-commerce transportation operations is required;
Advanced Excel skills;
Knowledge of processes, continuous improvement and strong written and verbal communication skills;
Expected behaviors: proactivity, initiative and problem-solving ability.
