About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing client relationships and driving e-commerce growth for leading brands in Southeast Asia. Collaborating internally to optimize campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Intrepid-client relationship
  • Determine opportunities and identify process improvements
  • Manage content and campaign strategies
  • Foster client relationships and design sales growth proposals
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met and oversee daily duties

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • eCommerce background from a brand/platforms/enablers is a plus
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
