About the role

  • Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy
  • Collaborate with territory partners to co-create efficient routing strategies
  • Take full ownership of the patient onboarding process
  • Own and exceed sales targets while driving market share growth
  • Leverage a consultative approach when sharing industry, disease, and product knowledge
  • Build and use knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes to sell with clinical credibility
  • Present Insulet products and differentiate them from competitive products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality customer onboarding and training
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the entire office

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience and demonstrated success in B2B or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
  • Associate degree (minimally required)
  • Possess a strong network of established professional relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes (preferred)
