About the role
- You will be a central part of our sales process and take on the following responsibilities:
- Telephone outreach to potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
- Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system
- Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
- Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
- Providing feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging
Requirements
- You have several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
- You enjoy making calls, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and come across as friendly and reliable
- You bring a high degree of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
- CRM systems and digital communication tools are second nature to you
- You prefer remote work and are reliable and self-directed
- You have strong German language skills, both spoken and written – accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
- Ideally, you have an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
