Sales Assistant handling B2B lead generation for a marketing agency in Linz. Engaging in cold calls and lead qualification to support sales efforts and client acquisition.
Responsibilities
You will be a central part of our sales process and take on the following responsibilities:
Telephone outreach to potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
Maintaining and updating our CRM system
Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
Providing feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging
Requirements
You have several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
You enjoy making calls, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and come across as friendly and reliable
You bring a high degree of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
CRM systems and digital communication tools are second nature to you
You prefer remote work and are reliable and self-directed
You have strong German language skills, both spoken and written – accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
Ideally, you have an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
