About the role

  • You will be a central part of our sales process and take on the following responsibilities:
  • Telephone outreach to potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system
  • Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
  • Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Providing feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
  • You enjoy making calls, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and come across as friendly and reliable
  • You bring a high degree of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
  • CRM systems and digital communication tools are second nature to you
  • You prefer remote work and are reliable and self-directed
  • You have strong German language skills, both spoken and written – accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
  • Ideally, you have an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
