Responsibilities
Telephone outreach to potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
Maintaining and updating our CRM system
Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
Assisting with the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
Providing feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Requirements
Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
Enjoy making calls, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, while remaining personable and professional
High level of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
Comfortable working remotely; reliable and self-directed
Excellent command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
Ideally, you have an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
