About the role

  • Telephone outreach to potential new clients (B2B cold calling)
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system
  • Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Providing feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
  • Enjoy making calls, work in a structured and goal-oriented way, while remaining personable and professional
  • High level of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Comfortable working remotely; reliable and self-directed
  • Excellent command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
  • Ideally, you have an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
