Responsibilities
You will lead and motivate a team of IT technicians.
You will coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations within the team.
You will support our customers in IT matters — both remotely and on-site.
As the technical point of contact, you will accompany projects for the clients assigned to you.
You will advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects.
You will also perform administration tasks in Microsoft- or Linux-based environments.
Requirements
Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
At least 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — especially client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solution-oriented and service-minded working style
Enjoyment of teamwork and client interaction
Independent, flexible, and reliable way of working
High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty
Quick to learn and highly engaged with assigned tasks
Languages: German: at least C1 level
English: at least B2 level
