Responsibilities
Process warranty information, delivery service records and extended warranties.
Register extended warranties with Caterpillar Insurance Services and issue certificates to customers.
Maintain warranty registers, codes, fund tables and department webpages.
Manage parts and component returns to Caterpillar and OEM suppliers.
Order and distribute technical information for internal and external customers.
Support technical communicators with calls, emails and enquiries.
Raise purchase orders for both technical and warranty needs.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Excellent analytical skills and problem‑solving ability.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good numeracy and literacy.
Experience in a similar role or industry (desirable).
