About the role

  • Head of Corporate Administration at Titan Wealth overseeing national delivery of corporate administration services. Leading teams to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery for corporate clients and members.

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the national operating model for Corporate Administration, ensuring consistent delivery across all regions and service lines.
  • Define service standards, controls, and performance expectations appropriate for a large-scale, specialist BAU function.
  • Own end-to-end operational performance, capacity, and resilience of Corporate Administration.
  • Ensure the function remains focused on BAU service excellence, with change activity adopted in a controlled manner.
  • Oversee end-to-end administration services supporting specialist corporate propositions, including: Auto-enrolment and workplace pensions, Group risk administration, Healthcare benefits administration, Corporate pension governance, Employee engagement and workplace advice programmes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant delivery across all corporate service lines.
  • Lead and develop Corporate Administration managers and team leaders aligned to each corporate specialism.
  • Work in close partnership with corporate consultants across each specialist area, ensuring administration services are aligned to consultant-led delivery models and client expectations.
  • Ensure corporate administration services operate in line with FCA requirements and internal governance frameworks applicable to corporate and workplace propositions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading corporate or workplace administration services at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to support consultant-led corporate propositions through operational delivery.
  • Proven track record of delivering compliant, accurate, and resilient BAU services.
  • Experience managing multi-specialism teams in regulated environments.
  • Strong general education with demonstrable experience leading regulated corporate or workplace administration services.
  • Evidence of senior operational leadership in a complex, multi-site or large-scale service environment.
  • Relevant CII or industry qualifications in: Group Risk, Healthcare Benefits, Pensions / Auto-enrolment, Leadership, people management, or operational management certifications.
