About the role

  • 1st Level Technical support: the role provides troubleshooting in cases where workshops need support
  • Communication for 2nd Level technical support with Porsche HQ Service support team
  • Responsible for Homologation and Type approvals in cooperation with third party partners
  • Responsible for the installation and correct usage of new Service systems & processes in the network (Workshop efficiency Projects)
  • Takes part in training seminars and keeps contact with Porsche HQ, to have updated technical information available
  • Responsible for the annual technical training plan in cooperation with Porsche HQ
  • Responsible for special tools & equipment planning / ordering and handling in cooperation with specified technicians per Dealer

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or a related technical field)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, workshop, or after sales role within the automotive industry
  • Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
