Responsibilities
Maintain and support the deployment of new software versions across multiple environments
Translate customer processes and requirements into functional solutions in close collaboration with developers
Provide deep technical insight into our products and architecture
Support sales activities by participating in product demonstrations for new customers
Handle complex Level 3 support and troubleshooting cases
Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with Azure, Scrum, and DevOps practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business understanding and ability to align technical solutions with customer needs
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and verbal)
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Solid technical understanding of IT architecture (advantage)
Experience within Public Safety (advantage)
