About the role

  • Customer Support Engineer in Ballerup contributing to solutions used by emergency services. Providing technical insights and support for complex software solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the deployment of new software versions across multiple environments
  • Translate customer processes and requirements into functional solutions in close collaboration with developers
  • Provide deep technical insight into our products and architecture
  • Support sales activities by participating in product demonstrations for new customers
  • Handle complex Level 3 support and troubleshooting cases
  • Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with Azure, Scrum, and DevOps practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business understanding and ability to align technical solutions with customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Solid technical understanding of IT architecture (advantage)
  • Experience within Public Safety (advantage)
