About the role

  • Provide customers with information regarding products.
  • Educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Process orders received by telephone, fax, and email.
  • Assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status.
  • Process and authorize returns.
  • Partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
