Responsibilities
Driving sales activities and generate new businesses by providing knowledge about ingredients and value-added services in Bakery, Dairy, Beverage and Sweet Goods Application
Leading technical and scientific support to our customer base to develop new opportunities
Responsibility for managing customers in the north-eastern and central regions of Poland
Creating the link and making it efficient with the Account Managers to perfectly know the ingredients portfolio and its evolution, and be able to cover the assigned territories for an optimal sales transformation
Maintaining an appropriate level of product knowledge, efficient level of European regulation
Continuously seeking new markets and product sales opportunities
Developing a strategy for launching new goods and services on the market and coordinating and monitoring its implementation
Preparing training and information materials on new goods/services/technological solutions
Guiding with market trends as well as information on competitors’ activities
Keeping track record in respective CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Nutrition or a related field
Solid commercial track record, ideally within the Food Applications market with experience from ingredient suppliers or distributors
Proven experience in developing and managing a customer portfolio, with a focus on value-added sales and technical consultancy partnership
Technical and scientific knowledge in Food Application ingredients
Good understanding of European Food Regulation, its constraints, and how they translate into commercial opportunities
Independent self-starter with strong proactivity, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box and make decisions autonomously
“Yes, I can” attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise and schedule work to meet business needs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build good relationships across a large organisation and work in a multicultural environment with a team-oriented approach
Goal-oriented person, contributes effectively to a target-driven environment
Driving licence and readiness for business trips
Fluent command of English is a must have
An additional asset will be experience in offering specialist additives such as flavors, colorants, or extracts.
