Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, go-to-market and back office roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and assessment processes.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates, leveraging networks, social platforms, and industry channels.
Drive an exceptional candidate experience, representing TENEX’s mission, culture, and values.
Manage recruiting tools, systems, and reporting to track pipeline health and optimize hiring processes.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
Act as a first point of contact for employee relations questions, escalating issues when necessary.
Partner with leadership to implement HR policies, performance management, and culture-building initiatives.
Support other HR functions including learning & development, engagement surveys, and other people operations programs, as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally for cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI-driven companies.
Strong sourcing skills with a track record of filling niche and high-demand roles.
Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit in fast-moving hiring environments.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with candidates and employees.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
