Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent
Leverage innovative sourcing strategies and build strong relationships within technical communities
Conduct full-cycle technical recruitment utilizing various technical domains and recruitment methodologies
Build strategic partnerships with technical communities and educational institutions to generate a diverse pipeline
Consult with hiring managers to understand complex business requirements and technical skill sets
Establish and expand community networks within the tech industry focusing on military, diversity, and university programs
Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process
Implement effective sourcing and networking strategies to build targeted candidate pools
Negotiate competitive compensation packages for technical roles
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to technical recruiting processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
4 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management
Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
Knowledge of applicable HR policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated knowledge and application of effective screening and interviewing techniques
Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software supporting sourcing tools and techniques
