Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent
  • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies and build strong relationships within technical communities
  • Conduct full-cycle technical recruitment utilizing various technical domains and recruitment methodologies
  • Build strategic partnerships with technical communities and educational institutions to generate a diverse pipeline
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand complex business requirements and technical skill sets
  • Establish and expand community networks within the tech industry focusing on military, diversity, and university programs
  • Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Implement effective sourcing and networking strategies to build targeted candidate pools
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages for technical roles
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure adherence to technical recruiting processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, and/or account relationship management
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • Knowledge of applicable HR policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of effective screening and interviewing techniques
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software supporting sourcing tools and techniques
